Joining as an ISM Manager at Ayming means stepping into the realm of government funding with a chance to grasp the intricacies of the business from its core and leading our team of Inside Sales Managers. Through comprehensive training, active prospecting, and close collaboration with our sales leaders, you’ll train and lead the ISM team in our service offerings for tax incentives and grants, gradually mastering them.

This position is based in our Houston, TX headquarters.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Trains regional and local Inside Sales Managers.
  • Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of Inside Sales Managers.
  • Assists in conducting performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership to the ISM team.
  • Motivates and encourages ISM team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
  • Identifies and analyzes customer preferences to properly direct ISM efforts.
  • Consults with potential customers to understand their needs; identifies and suggests services that will meet those needs.
  • Collaborates with National Sales Director and Regional Directors to develop ISM quotas and strategies.
  • Prospecting and cold calling target clients
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual applicable KPIs
  • Document all activities in CRM
  • Book and schedule prospect meetings
  • Assist in preparation for prospect meetings
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
