My name is Andrea Adamčíková, and I’m a Senior Innovation Consultant at Ayming Slovakia, where I’ve been helping companies turn their R&D activities into real value since 2018. Before joining Ayming, I worked as a research scientist at the Slovak Academy of Sciences, where I built a strong technical and analytical foundation.
My work routine
My workday is split between client communication, preparing and reviewing R&D tax deduction documentation, and contributing to our internal methodology. I usually start my mornings with client meetings – in person whenever possible – and spend my afternoons focused on analysis, documentation, and mentoring younger colleagues.

Typical projects I work on
The projects I support range from engineering to the food industry. One example was the design and development of an automated stacking mechanism for vertical storage of plastic parts, optimizing production space. Another involved the development of a vegan confectionery recipe and production process – proving that innovation can come from any field.
My team
Our team is professional, open, and collaborative. We share knowledge freely and solve challenges together. The atmosphere is friendly yet focused, and we often organize informal gatherings outside of work — because great teamwork goes beyond office walls.
