Ayming, the world-wide leader in government funding, is searching for our next Inside Sales Manager. The ISM position at Ayming is an introduction into the world of government funding. This position will allow the candidate to be able to learn the business from the ground up. Through training, prospecting calls and working directly with a Regional Director, you will become familiar with and grow to develop mastery knowledge of our service lines for tax incentives and grant funding. During your growth you will begin to present to to clients and close deals with the help of your Regional Director.

This position can be either based in our Houston, TX or can be remote anywhere in the US.
Your Job:
Pre-sale:
- Set 20 meetings per month
- Provide RD’s notes for each meeting
- Become proficient with Zoominfo and other prospecting tools
- Work directly with Manger of ISMs to find government funding opportunities in your territory
- Create targeted pre-sales campaigns to various industries promoting funding opportunities
- Support and guidance to junior members
Post-sale:
- Follow-up on all past opportunities and assist in closing the deal
- Assist in generating Engagement Letters (contracts)
- Assist in scheduling kickoff calls
- Assist RD on taking notes during call and inputting them into salesforce
- Support and guidance to junior members
Your Talents & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years+ sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in business related field
- MUST be a team player and able to get along with various personality types
- Team oriented – I win when the TEAM wins mentality
- Creative – willing to think outside the box and develop new strategies for targeting prospects
- Driven – The ISM position is meant to be an important stepping stone in your career development with Ayming. We are looking for someone who is driven to do more than the status quo.
